This Friday, Peter Gennard MFIAP, EFIAP/d3 returns to the club with his new lecture “PG Tips - Making a Fresh Brew.” This will be a projected image talk although Peter will bring a few prints to display during the interval.
On Friday 14 November Norman will present a PAGB Video “Let’s Get Creative” where Adrian Lines will edit images on screen with a narration of his workflow. When this has finished there will be a 20 minute presentation of the 2024 PAGB PDI Championships. There will be an opportunity to discuss the images as they’re projected.
Friday 14 November is also the hand in night for The Landscape (print only) and Natural History (pdi only) competitions. You can enter up to 3 images in each. All work must be new, not having been entered in any previous club competition but they can be used in future merit and finals competitions as normal. Whilst Bonfire Night is 5 November, organised displays will be on Saturday 8 November. Donnington Funfair and Firework display is celebrating 40 years this year at Broadoaks Playing Fields Wellington road Donning TF2 8AW Gates open at 4pm and admission is £3. Alternatively there’s a display at Blists Hill between 6 and 9pm on 8 November with adult tickets £20
