Alan Cameron LRPS is a past member of Wrekin Arts Photographic Society until he moved to the NW of England where he is currently Chair of Poulton-le-Fylde Photographic Society. He is also Chair of the Contemporary Special Interest Group of the Royal Photographic Society. He describes himself as a magpie photographer - if he can photograph it he will - and he enjoys creating books from his images. Some of his work can be seen at www.arcamphotos.uk
In January 2020 Alan travelled to India travelling around the “Golden Triangle” area near Delhi and including the magnificent Tiger Reserve at Ranthambore. After almost two weeks in northern India he flew to Karnataka travelling over two more weeks from Mysore to Cochin and the Kerala Backwaters. On the trip he took over 5,000 images and his talk, Indian Adventures concentrates on particular highpoints of the trip to give viewers a taste of the time he spent in that marvellous country.
