I am very much an amateur photographer who started many years ago ( aged about 5 or 6) with a box brownie then gradually went into 35mm when I joined school camera club and did b&w develop and print before migrating to slide & when Kodachrome was withdrawn went digital. I did have a number of years 2007-2016 where I was full time worker ( in telecommunications) and a carer, before resuming photography I do most genres but do like travel & airshows. In 2017 I joined Enfield Camera Club and I am the visits secretary as well as being chairman for 21/22 season.

My talk will be about Japan covering history, culture scenery and ending in Hokkaido the northern of the home islands for the snow and ice festivals.
