This Friday we welcome Graham Walton DPAGB with “50 Shades of Brown.” This is a Monochrome Print Talk where Graham will show and explain his work.
Then on Friday 12 May there will be Portrait Night in the clubroom. Lighting will be supplied, but if you have some of your own then please bring it along with your camera, Flash and Trigger. Also any props you feel may be useful.
Friday 12 May is also the hand in night for the Natural History Competition. There is a single class open to all members and you can enter up to 4 Prints and 4 PDIs. If the entry is high then the club will withdraw the 4th image from each entrant. You can find the rules at https://wrekinartspc.com/competition-links-organisations-and-club-guides Don’t forget that all work must be new, not having been entered in any previous club competition. You can of course enter images from this competition in subsequent merit competitions and in the Finals Night competition.
Advance notice that 26 May is the hand in night for the 3rd Merit PDI competition and 9 June is hand in night for the Landscape Print and PDI competition. The same rule about original work applies to Landscape as in the Natural History competition.
