On Friday 28 May the subject changes to Creative Flower Photography when Cherry Larcombe ARPS, DPAGB, BPE5*, EFIAP https://www.cherryannette.com from Eastbourne Photographic Society https://www.eastbournephotographicsociety.club gives us an illustrated presentation of her work with creative ideas to bring out the colour, shape and beauty of flowers with hints on how to produce some unique and original floral art. There’s been a change to the programme. There won’t be a meeting on Friday 4 June, and the hand in date for the 4th Merit PDI competition is Friday 11 June. The competition will be judged by Terry Hewitt on Friday 18 June

Finally, there’s a brand new Photography Programme starting on Monday 24 May at 9pm on BBC4 https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m000wfcw when 6 amateur photographers (including one from Shrewsbury) will be nurtured through 4 episodes and undertake a range of themed weekly challenges across the UK.
