There will be no LANDSCAPE competition this year.
There isn’t enough time left on the calendar to include this and the remaining Merit and Natural History competitions. So if you have been saving your landscapes, put them in the next Merit PDI competition!
CALL FOR PRINTS -
A. Norman is now looking for prints for the MCPF Inter-Club championships on 22 May. Let's see if we can make it a double! Contact Norman on 1066norman53@gmail.com if you have prints you would like to be considered for our entry before the end of April.
B. Tony is looking for work to be displayed at two events in Wellington that the club is involved in. As part of Wellington Festival 2022 https://www.wellington-shropshire.gov.uk/events/category/festival/page/2/ there will be an open afternoon at The Belfrey on Sunday 8 May between 12 noon and 4pm where, amongst other things, the club will host a Photographic Exhibition.
Then on 4 June the club will appear at Wellington Midsummer Fayre and Queen’s Jubilee Celebration https://www.wellington-shropshire.gov.uk/event/wellington-midsummer-fair-queens-jubilee-celebration/ in Wellington Parish Church Grounds between 10am and 4pm. Both events will help to raise the club profile.
