3rd merit PDI competition now open for entries

The entry system for the 3rd Merit PDI is now open.
The entry for Landscape and Natural History will open a month before the respective competition, unless some reason comes up to open sooner.

Remember, 3 entries per person for the Merit PDIs and 4 entries per person for the Landscape and Natural History competitions.
