This Friday Bob Goode will judge the 2nd Merit Print Competition

On Friday 13 February John Lewis https://www.johnalewis.co.uk/ presents his talk “Portraits with Personality.” John says, "This presentation looks at how you might go about showing a sitter’s personality in a portrait and how effective other artists and photographers have been over the years in achieving this." The presentation draws from John's own work, the art world and a selection of the photographic ‘masters’ both historical and contemporary.

Looking a little further ahead Friday 27 February is the hand in night for 3rd Merit PDI competition .

Finally, some of you will remember former club member Ed Philips and his evocative still life photography. Ed now has an exhibitiion at The Rose Paterson Gallery, Weston Park TF11 8LE from 27 March to 29 April from 11am to 4pm daily.
