The new club season starts this Friday, 15 September at 7.30pm when Wellington Town Council Mayor, Cllr Paul Davis will open an exhibition of club member’s prints.

Entry is free to the opening night and there will be some drinks and nibbles available. Please publicise this on your social media page and invite anyone interested in photography to come with you that night.

On Friday 28 September we will have a workshop “Know Your Camera” This will be run by members and everyone is invited to bring their camera and manual to get help with settings and techniques.

There’s a couple of important dates to bear in mind for both PDI and Print competitions.

Hand in night for the 1st Merit PDI competition is 29 September whilst 27 October is the hand in night for the 1st Merit Print competition. Don’t forget to look at the competition rules https://wrekinartspc.com/competition-links-organisations-and-club-guides

Finally, membership fees for the season are now due. £30 for single person and £45 for a couple. OAP Fees are £25 single and £40 couple.

In addition there’s weekly fees of £3 for a member and £4 for visitors.
