This Friday Paddy Ruske https://www.ruskepics.co.uk/links.html presents “Beat The Judge” The talk will be in the form of a discussion on what judges are looking for in a competition image. There may be a chance to see images taken by a well known judge where you can comment!

This talk is the rescheduled date from 10 November when Paddy was ill.

The final event for 2023 will be a Christmas Get Together on Friday 15 December. Bring your Winter images either on a memory stick or as prints - no need to mount them - for informal comments. You can also bring your favourite nibbles and drinks either for yourself or to share.

The club season continues on Friday 5 January and I’ll let you know about the event closer to the date.

Hand in night for the 2nd Merit Print Competition is Friday 12 January when you can enter up to 3 colour and 3 Mono prints in your particular section.

Finally, a few of us enjoyed a walk in the fields next to Steve’s house taking some autumn pictures on 25 November. Steve will arrange another walk soon depending on the weather. Watch this space.
