This Friday David Eaves ARPS, DPAGB from Leamington Spa and a member of the Eyecon Group presents “A Print Miscellany” when we can see pictures that David has taken on his travels far and wide.

Just to remind those who’ve booked a place on Irene’s Workshop “Photoshop My Way” that the event is this Sunday 26 November from 1030am. The workshop is a sell out so please don’t turn up if you don’t have a ticket. The next workshop is in April and I’ll let you have details later.

On 1 December we welcome two firm favourites (and club members) Jon Baker MFIAP, EFIAP/p and Sue Baker EFIAP, BPE 3* with their lecture “Four Feet from Telford” when we will see more of their wonderful images. Don’t miss it!

Looking a little further ahead, on 8 December Roger Evans FBPE, EFIAP, DPAGB brings his lecture “Talk Sport” to the club. Roger is an award winning Sports Photographer and this will be his first visit. Friday 8 December is also the hand in night for the 2nd Merit PDI Competition.

Finally, there’s a photography competition at The British Ironworks Centre near Oswestry. https://www.britishironworkcentre.co.uk/index.php/show-areas/photography-competiton Entry is free and there are cash prizes for the best 3 entries. Images must be taken at dawn or dusk during weekends in November. This weekend will be your last chance to enter!
