Wrekin Arts Photographic Club Newsletter 7 2018/19 20 November 2018

This Friday we welcome Jon Baker MFIAP, EFIAP/p and Sue Baker EFIAP to present their talk “Not all who Wander are Lost.” Jon and Sue are longstanding members of Wrekin Arts and are accomplished photographers who enjoy walking. We’re looking forward to an outstanding evening of landscape photography presented by a couple who clearly enjoy working together. Don’t miss it!

There won’t be a “Learner Hour” this week

On Friday 30 November, we have an evening with Malcolm Cook EFIAP/p when Malcolm will demonstrate how he creates his images. Might be worth bringing a pen and notepad with you!

The Learner Hour returns this week starting at 6.45pm

Looking a little further ahead to 7 December, Claire Carter will make her first to the club with her lecture “Perpetually in Motion” when Claire will be showing movement in Landscape. 7th December is also the hand in night for the 2nd Merit PDI Competition.

Finally, if you’re looking for people pictures then Birmingham’s Christmas Market https://www.birmingham.gov.uk/news/article/296/birminghams_frankfurt_christmas_market_2018 may be the place to go. It’s open now until 23 December
